How ordering works

Design it
Upload your logo or photo, choose model, colours, attachment and click. You see and hear the result as you go.

Pay or ask for a quote
Pay by card, order on invoice, or ask for a quotation first. Minimum order is 20 pieces.

Approve your proof
Within one working day you get a picture of your clicker. Nothing is made until you say yes.

Receive your clickers
Production takes about 10 working days after approval. DHL delivers, or you pick up in Berlin.

Questions
What is the minimum order?
20 pieces of one design. Above 5,000 pieces we prepare a quotation.
Which files can I upload?
PNG, JPG, SVG, PDF, AI or EPS. A vector file (SVG, PDF, AI, EPS) gives the sharpest result. A photo works too, with the full-colour finish.
Can I hear the click before ordering?
Yes. In the designer you can press the clicker and play the sound for every combination of sound and press. On request we send a physical sample.
How can I pay?
By card and the other methods shown at checkout, on invoice (businesses in the EU, 14 days net), or after a quotation.
How long does it take?
You get your proof within one working day. Production takes about 10 working days after you approve it, plus shipping.
Do you ship outside Germany?
Yes, across the EU and worldwide with DHL. EU businesses with a VAT ID are invoiced without German VAT (reverse charge).
